Terms of service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
The service
Goodbye Media Buyer (“GMB”) is software for uploading, monitoring, and automating Meta ads. You connect your own Meta ad accounts and configure what GMB is allowed to do with them. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your ad accounts, your responsibility
GMB executes the rules and uploads you configure. Automation acts on your live ad spend: you are responsible for the thresholds, budgets, and schedules you set, and for complying with Meta’s advertising policies. We build in guardrails — uploads land paused, actions are logged, rule actions can be rolled back — but the configuration is yours.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. The free plan is free forever and requires no card.
Acceptable use
Don’t use GMB to run ads that violate Meta’s policies or applicable law, attempt to access other customers’ data, or resell the service without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep GMB reliable, but we depend on the Meta API and can’t promise uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMB is provided “as is” and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for ad spend outcomes resulting from rules and uploads you configured.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time; we then delete your data as described in the privacy policy. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Questions go to hello@goodbyemediabuyer.com.
